This page is short because the list is short. Everything on it is the whole truth, in plain words.
ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN — THE PROMISE
Nothing about any child ever leaves your device. Their names, their ages, what they play, the pictures they make — all of it lives in your own browser, on your own tablet or computer, and none of it is ever sent to us or to anyone else. This is the promise Pomble is built on, and no part of this page changes it.
WHAT WE HOLD
When you sign up we keep your first name, your email address, and when you gave them. That is the entire record — nothing about your household, your children or what anyone plays is in it.
When payments arrive, your subscription details will be held by Stripe, the payment company — we never see or store your card.
WHY
So we can look after your family's set-up, help if you don't get to finish setting up, and run your subscription once payments exist. That is the whole of it.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
No analytics, no trackers, no advertising, and nothing is ever sold or shared with anyone. Like any website, our web host logs ordinary page requests, which include IP addresses — that is standard plumbing, not something we read or keep.
TO HAVE YOUR DETAILS REMOVED
Email francesca@thebaileywheelers.co.uk from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your name and email. There is nothing else of yours to delete — everything about your family is on your own device, in your own hands.
